Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with LaunchGPT paid products. This policy explains refunds for one-time unlocks and subscriptions.
Free tools
Converters, utilities, and free-tier AI tools do not require payment. No refund applies because no charge was made.
Paid products
- One-time unlocks (PayPal / card checkout per tool) — contact support within 14 days if the product did not work as described on the pricing page. Refunds are at our discretion after we verify the issue.
- Subscriptions — when recurring billing is enabled, you may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds for partial months are not guaranteed unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email support@trylaunchgpt.com with your account email, product name, payment date, and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
